Glazed Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, and Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Nonna cooked an amazing Easter Dinner. However, this meal isn’t just for Easter. It is a perfect meal for anytime you have a large family get together. The meal is honey glazed hame, with scalloped potatoes, and prosciutto wrapped asparagus. The asparagus is an excellent keto friendly snack or side dish.

Instant Pot – Pork Chops

Following a long day at work, Nonna quickly threw together a nice pork chop and salad dinner. Watch Nonna continue to learn the instant pot’s ins and outs, this time using the “saut√©” function to quickly brown the pork chops before cooking. Nonna complimented her favorite spices and seasonings with a dijon mustard coating on the pork chops and a little dijon mustard her “quick fix” vinaigrette dressing.
