Nonna makes AND actually follows Mama Tessie’s Italian Sausage recipe! This recipe has 4 ingredients which includes fat full boston butt, fennel seeds, coarse ground pepper, and hog casings. Just mix the fennel seeds and pepper into the ground meat until it sticks to your hand! Watch the video to see exactly how Nonna puts it all together and WHY she followed this recipe to a T!

This recipe is best followed by watching the video. Neither Nonna, nor myself (Aunt Winkie) wrote it down. It is very simply put together and is absolutely DELICIOUS!
