Nonna Snowden outdid herself this time! This three cheese (mozzarella, romano, and ricotta) alfredo chicken dish is simply outstanding. This meal is also easily made into a vegetarian dinner by substituting the chicken with your favorite vegetables such as tomato slices, eggplant, mushrooms, broccoli, squash, and zucchini.
