Nonna’s Jambalaya

Nonna’s Jambalaya is very versatile. You can change the recipe, use the cajun spices you like best, add more or less meats, different color bell peppers, mix in vegetables such as green onions or mushrooms, or even swap out the onion for some shallots! Additionally, Nonna prepares the white rice simply, but effectively. Nonna’s No Fuss Jambalaya is delicious!

Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Bacon wrapped and mozzarella stuffed meatloaf is, simply put, very very good and filling. The particular recipe is keto friendly, as Nonna shows viewers how to use pork rinds in place of breadcrumbs. Add some mozzarella and romano cheeses, sautéed mushrooms, and marina sauce and this will be the best meatloaf you’ve eaten! Your family will love it!

Nonna makes a MEAN beef wellington. This dish is not quick, but neither is it as complicated as you might think. Nonna has at least one short cut (uses pre-made (frozen) pastry) that saves a lot of time. No matter what meat you prefer on your mushroom pizza, this dinner is keto friendly. If you don’t want meat on your pizza, simply add your choice of fruits or vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, olives, or even pineapples.

Episode 1: APPLIANCE WARS (R2D2 (Instant pot) vs Cooking Pot)
Nonna made Red Beans & Rice in both the instant pot (AKA R2D2) and via the open burner in a traditional cooking pot. Watch the video to see the results!
