This recipe is a favorite of Miss Mickey’s husband (remember Miss Mickey was the guest cook on the Plum Tart video). It is simply delicious. Nonna made a few minor changes. For instance, she substituted crab meat with Asian Carp. Asian Carp has a nice texture and a good taste (not fishy). The only problem is that the carp has a lot of bones.
