Fish & Pasta Alfredo

Catch and Cook…Nonna caught the fish and a few hours later cooked it. She cooked Rock Cod caught in the Pacific Ocean out of Coos Bay, Oregon. She seared the fish and then baked in a delicious alfredo sauce. The entire West Coast family LOVED IT! Opa even said it was better the next day for lunch than it was for dinner!
