Crawfish Bisque

Nonna made a Crawfish and Shrimp Bisque using a friend’s left over crawfish boil ingredients. She sautéed some ingredients, made and thickened a sauce, and tossed in some delicious leftovers including cajun spiced potatoes and andouille sausage!
