Beef Wellington

Nonna makes a MEAN beef wellington. This dish is not quick, but neither is it as complicated as you might think. Nonna has at least one short cut (uses pre-made (frozen) pastry) that saves a lot of time. As always you are encouraged to use your favorite meat seasonings and spices to salt this delicious piece of meat to your and your family’s taste! The side dishes Nonna made with this dish will be published next Wednesday!
