Cow’s Head Barbacoa

Nonna Snowden and guest cook, Maw Maw Gwen, hosted a Cow’s Head Barbacoa. A local Mexican butcher shop provided the cow’s head, Maw Maw Gwen and Nonna used several new and tasty spices, and for 9 hours they steamed the meat. When cooked they shredded the meat and added corn tortillas, guacaomle, and zesty salsa. Watch the video to see exactly how this Mexican delicacy is cooked.
